The Council are currently working with consultants on Masterplans for two areas in Bootle. They are:
- Site of St Johns House and neighbouring land, and
- The Hawthorne Road/Canal Corridor
The draft Masterplans are now available for comment. These are available below:

Comments can be made on the draft Masterplans by 5pm on Monday 18th August 2025
To provide more information and answer any questions, the Council are holding a drop in event at Bootle Strand on Tuesday 12th August (noon to 4pm). Details are set out in the flyer below which was delivered to residents who live close to the Masterplan sites.
